Shipping Policy

You can trust that all air purifier and air cleaner products sold by CleanAir4Life.com will be quickly processed and safely shipped. Orders are typically shipped within two business days; with the exception of the unlikely event the item is back ordered. If an item is back ordered, you will be contacted by way of phone or email within one business day of placing your order and informed of the new prospective ship date.

Most air purifier products are shipped via “FedEx Ground”, “UPS Ground”, or "USPS" which typically take anywhere from 3-7 business days depending on location. Most lamp orders will be shipped via "USPS". If you have specific shipping requirements please contact us by phone or email and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

If free shipping is offered on a particular air purification product, this is for the contiguous US only unless otherwise stated. All Contiguous US orders will be charged a $1.50 handling fee for order processing. If shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, or any other US Territory, there will be an additional charge of $10.00 US dollars or more added as a handling fee. It is our policy to no longer ship internationally unless approved via phone or email.

 


Returns Policy


CleanAir4Life.com is committed to your satisfaction. We believe our air purifier and air cleaner products and services will help you live healthier. If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it with in 30 days (see exceptions below). If you would prefer to speak with Customer Service before deciding to return or exchange your purchase, please call (888) 411-0964, 8:30am to 5:30pm (Pacific standard) Monday through Friday.

CleanAir4Life.com offers a 30-day return policy on defective items as well. If your product is defective within 30 days of purchase, we will replace it as soon as possible and happily pay all shipping costs to and from your location. Please be sure upon receiving your items that all are in good working condition as no refunds will be issued past 30 days of purchase for any defective item. It is your responsibility to thoroughly inspect each item to ensure it works properly.

If you change your mind and wish to return your air purifier purchase, we will be happy to accept your return within 30 days of the purchase date. Certain products are not returnable, including components such as lamps (unless prior approval is received), filters or adapters, opened bedding and custom orders. It is against the law to resell opened bedding, therefore it cannot be returned.

Please see below for a list of restrictions:

Your purchase can be returned for up to 30 days. We will credit your purchase, less shipping and handling (including promotional shipping costs - orders that receive free shipping are only if you keep the product) once the item has been received. This process can take up to two weeks. Unless the manufacturer has an independent policy to pay for a return shipping label and ground pick up, you are responsible for paying for all return shipping costs associated with your returned product.

YOU MUST CALL US TO INITIATE A RETURN; ANY RETURN SENT BACK TO OUR SHIPPING WAREHOUSE WITHOUT PRIOR NOTIFICATION WILL INCUR A 50% RESTOCKING FEE. DO NOT SHIP THE RETURN BACK TO THE ADDRESS ON THE BOX. Returns made within 30 days of receipt will not be charged a restocking fee if returned in the original condition and original packaging. All returns must be in like new condition, in original packaging, with instructions and accessories. Items returned in less than new condition or without the original packaging as described above will be subject to a 30% restocking fee. If the unit is damaged additional charges may apply.

CleanAir4Life.com Items which are not returnable:

    • Replacement filters, pads, Ac adapters, lamps (unless prior approval is received), and all test kits. All authorized lamp returns will incur a 20% restocking fee.
    • All opened bedding products (i.e. pillows, pillow cases, comforters, sheets, and encasing)
    • Toothbrush Sanitizers

 

Returning products is easy, simply follow these instructions:

  1. Simply click here to email us stating that you would like to make a return or exchange and
  2. request an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) you must give a reason for the return or exchange, to receive a “RMA” number. Upon receiving this information we will promptly contact you with your RMA number. No returns will be accepted without our RMA number located prominently on the out side of the box.

We will also provide you with the appropriate address where to ship your return.

Once we have received your package we will inspect the contents. If the product is in satisfactory condition we will refund the appropriate amount to the credit card you used for your original purchase.

Order Cancellations


If you have placed an order and would like to cancel it for any reason, please contact us immediately by calling 1-888-411-0964. We will do everything we can to stop your order from shipping, however we cannot guarantee this. If we cannot stop your order from shipping you will be responsible for all shipping and handling charges both shipping to you and return shipping back to us.
